Andrea Watson

Andrea is a professional woman with the life skills to deal with the diverse range of people that property management involves. Twenty years in the real estate industry in both New Zealand and Australia – spanning roles in sales, personal assistant, administration manager and rental administration – equipped her with the mix of skills required for a successful property manager.

She chose property management as it felt a natural extension of previous real estate experience. Andrea appreciates the autonomy she has to manage her own growing portfolio, look after her own clients and their properties and help tenants into their next ‘home’. Andrea always conducts herself professionally and honestly, treating your property as she would her own.

She joined Ray White because she was impressed by its excellent company backing, effective structures and policies, up to date technology and professionalism to support her to provide the best service she can.  Working alongside a close-knit team who support each other makes a strong and successful team and great working environment.

Andrea credits her success to being positive and proactive with a strong work ethic.  Regular communication and reporting, good systems, checklists, regular rental reviews and strict policies. “I believe my role is to maximize my clients’ investments and minimize their risk by keeping them fully informed and giving them peace of mind.
