Beginning her career in real estate sales and administration, Michelle's eye for details allows her to handle transactions with precision. She holds a Small Business Management certificate and understands the complexities of managing a team.

In May 2024, Michelle joined Kale Kirk & Co. at Ray White Tauranga, where she supports the sales team. Her role involves coordinating transactions and maintaining strong client relationships from the start of campaigns right through to settlement, being the backbone to all of our transactions.
