45 Rimu Street GATE PA, Tauranga City

Fantastic 1920's 4 bedroom villa with all the expensive work now complete kitchen, bathrooms, dining and living areas. Beautiful mostly original polished floors and high ceilings in the living areas with access out to a sunny courtyard complete the picture. BUT you will still need some TLC in the hall/entranceway and the 4 bedrooms two of which have lofts. All in all a great family home for the beginner do it yourselfer with not too much more to do. Other positive features are a decent sized front yard, easy walk to the popular Gate Pa Shopping Centre and the tennis and bowling clubs with Greerton Shopping Centre and the Hospital not far away.
