10 Parkvale Road OTUMOETAI, Tauranga City

Seldom do properties of this late 50's early 60's vintage in central Otumoetai become available in such great condition all the work is complete. The compact front site of 325m2 is billiard table flat with mature trees along the south side. The recently refurbished interior of the home has been tastefully decorated in modern tonings with the kitchen and 2 bathrooms all upgraded. The exterior has just been painted too. As mentioned before everything has been done. Just move in. Add to this the central proximity to all levels of schooling the local shops and transport a minute away and maybe you have the perfect 10. Viewing is essential.
